1.3 7-Day Return Request

Under the condition that the product remains suitable for resale, customers may request a return and refund within 7 days
from the date of receiving the product.


Returned products must meet the following conditions:
  • Product remains in original condition
  • Original packaging is intact
  • All accessories are included
  • Product has not been installed, used, or damaged
HONGLY_GROUP reserves the right to reject refund requests if the returned product does not meet the above conditions.


2. Refund Process

Customers may log in to their HONGLY_GROUP account and submit a refund request through the order page by providing the refund
reason and related information.


For product-related issues, please upload supporting photos or videos.


2.2 Review Process


Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 working days after submission.

The review will be conducted based on the information provided and the platform’s refund policy.


2.3 Return of Product (If Required)

If the refund request is approved and the product needs to be returned, the platform will provide a return address.

Customers must return the product within 3 days after receiving the return instructions.

Return shipping responsibility:
  • Product quality issues / Product not as described: Covered by the platform
  • Non-quality related returns: Covered by the buyer

2.4 Refund Processing


After receiving and verifying the returned product, HONGLY_GROUP will process the refund within 7 working days.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method:
  • Bank transfer refunds: Usually within 1–3 working days
  • Third-party payment refunds: Usually within 1–3 working days
Actual processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.


3. Special Conditions


3.1 Customized Products

Customized furniture, made-to-order items, or personalized products are generally non-refundable unless there is a product quality issue.

Please carefully confirm product specifications, dimensions, colors, and customization details before placing your order.


3.2 Promotional Products


Products purchased during promotional campaigns, discount events, or gift-with-purchase activities are still eligible for refunds if
they meet the refund conditions stated above.


Refund amounts will be based on the actual payment made, and any complimentary gifts must also be returned (if applicable).


3.3 Used Products

Products that have been installed, used, damaged, or are no longer suitable for resale may not qualify for a refund.

Unless it can be proven that the issue was caused by a product quality defect.
